Staff Portal
The Staff Portal is designed to provide all employees 24/7 access to Payroll and Human Resources information using a web link.
The Staff Portal is available via the following link:

There are several functions of the Staff Portal. A brief description of each item is provided below.
- Pay History: All employees have 24/7 access to their check history information and print his/her own stub information for any pay date.
- W-2 Documents: Access and view/print/save your prior year W-2 tax documents.
- Deductions & Taxes: View your current W-4 tax status as well as all voluntary payroll deductions.
- Absence History: Employees can view all of their absence information records including accumulated leave, leave days taken and leave days transferred or lost.
- Staff Letters: available to view by school year.
- Demographic Information: Review items such as your home address, telephone number, direct deposit information, insurance enrollments, individuals elected to be covered under your insurance and status of your active Clearances.
Change your information directly through the Staff Portal. (Note that some forms are required to be completed and uploaded as part of some processes.)
