Location: All parties will include usage of the classroom, pavilion, meadow and trails. Weather permitting.

Deposits

A $50 check security deposit is required to make your reservation. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your party.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by Mechanicsburg Area Parks & Recreation or if you cancel 14 days prior you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 day  prior you will not be refunded your $50 deposit.

Dates/Times: Party packages will be offered Fridays after 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am - 9:00 pm. Each party will last 4 hours. Below is a tentative time frame.

1:00 - Set-up (Arrive)

2:00 - Party Time!

4:00 - Clean-up (Depart at 5:00)

Additional Hours

Additional hours may be requested on the reservation request form.  A fee of $30 an hour will be added to your total due 1 week prior to the party.

General Guidelines

¨ No littering. Discard waste items appropriately

¨ No glass bottles

¨ No Tobacco, Drugs and Alcohol

¨ No fires

¨ No unleashed pets. Pets are not permitted in buildings.

¨ No riding bikes off designated bike trails.

¨ No organized sports play

¨ No hunting or trapping

¨ Weapons, including but not limited to air soft guns, bb/pellet guns, paintball guns, look-a-likes, etc. are strictly forbidden.

¨ No posting of signs, banners, advertisements, etc without the permission of MASD or the Recreation Office.
