May 27, 2025: The Board of School Directors has indicated that Dr. Bowman has met all of his objective performance standards for the 2024-2025 school year.

MASD Leadership Academy
- Engage and complete all activities included as part of the induction program while identifying self-selected activities that will support my professional growth throughout my first year in the district.
Policy Review & Update Process
- Revise and enhance the current system for reviewing, revising, and approving new policies and updates to current policies.
- Create and utilize a master spreadsheet that will be collaborative with all involved parties that support efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, and accuracy.
Curriculum Cycle
- Collaborate with Sheri, Adrianna, and Linda to develop a GRIP that will outline the desired structure and process to implement a successful curriculum cycle at MAD.
- Create and communicate the necessary documents and visuals to clearly define and communicate the curriculum cycle, including who, what, when, where, and how.
Technology Plan
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to review the current state of technology in the district to develop a vision for where we want and need to be moving forward.
- Develop and communicate a finalized plan that will detail the vision for technology acquisition and use along with the professional learning required to effectively equip our faculty and staff with the skills and knowledge required to best utilize technology in a variety of settings throughout MASD.
